The weather is crummy outside but the home fires are burning. Literally! We have the fireplace burning nice and toasty , I'll bet its 75 degrees in this room. Doesn't make me want tomato soup any less. I was thinking yesterday how much I miss tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. I have my tomato plants hanging in the garage - who knew they would continue to ripen on the vine? So now I'm on the hunt for a great dairy free tomato soup recipe.
